Training Update November 2, 2012

Ate more food this week which made for much better performance.


Monday


Squat 285 5x5

Bench Press 225 5x5

RDL 245 3x5



Wednesday


Squat 250 2x5

Press
135 3x5 (working on the "new" press style)


Had to leave early so no complexes this week.


Friday


Squat 335x5 rer PR 

Bench Press 250x5  
Pretty solid  

Deadlift 395x5 rep PR These were tough but certainly not a grind, they went up pretty well.
