Bench Press warmed up to 205x2 close grip (no pain)
Barbell Complex Barbell Row, Power Clean, Press, Low-Bar back squat, Good Mornings. Weight on bar: 93# (odd poundage due to wooden spacer/bumper plates).
Still weezing but I was able to complete all the movements this time. Next week I'll cut the rest to 90 seconds.
Friday
Press 185 5x1 (singles across)
Deadlift 385x1, 395x1, and 405x1 that is 3 PRs. See video below.
Push-ups BW 45 reps
