Training Update May 5, 2012

Another conference got in the way of training.


Squat 225 3x5
Abs were really sore after squatting.
Press 150 3x5

Chins 3x5


Squat 285 2x2
Psyched myself out of this one. I failed at this weight a few months ago (before the surgery). with my super sore ans I am approaching this weight with caution (probably just being a pansy).

Didn't feel great, so I called it a night.
